Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree i Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in land development, civil engineering, or project management in the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of site development processes, including grading, utilities, road construction, and environmental regulations.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale development projects from inception to completion.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal zoning laws and land-use regulations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
