Land Planner - AICP Certification REQUIRED - Gpac

A well-established Engineering, Surveying, and Land Planning firm is looking to add a Land Planner with an AICP Certification to their team in the Nashville, TN market. Please see below for more details.

Position Details/Qualifications:

• Degree in Land Planning, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related field
• 10+ years of industry experience
• AICP Certification is required
• Must be proficient with large scale master planning and land use planning
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up, InDesign, etc.
• Able to work collectively with other team members.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

Compensation:

• $70-150k/year 
• Excellent benefits package
