Qualifications and responsibilities for this Land Planner position include:

• 2-4 years of experience in land planning, community development, zoning, or related fields.
• Knowledge of planning principles and practices, and at least one planning specialization.
• Experience in land/site planning and development processes.
• Working knowledge of local and state development codes and land use regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Analyze zoning and subdivision regulations for efficient land use planning.
• Prepare feasibility studies and community planning/design projects.
• Collaborate with environmental consultants, land use attorneys, and regulators.
• AICP certification is a plus.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
