We're searching for a Survey Manager in San Diego County, CA to take charge of survey crews and manage land surveying projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Land Survey Manager position include:

• Must have land surveying experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Proposal preparation experience preferred
• Manage and lead four survey crews
• Review and prepare plats based on survey data
• Assist with equipment management and logistics
• Prepare and send project proposals to clients
• Office-based role with potential hybrid flexibility

Salary: $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
