ESE Consultants, Inc (ESE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toll Brothers, Inc. (TBI). ESE supports TBI’s residential, commercial, apartment and city living teams with in-house surveying, planning, engineering and environmental consulting services from 19 offices covering New England to Seattle, Washington.

ESE Consultants, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Land Surveyor for our operations in the Englewood, Colorado area. 

The Land Surveyor will assist with survey calculations, site construction stakeout calculations, plot plans, lot as-builts, and site dedication plans.

We are a full-service land surveying and engineering company that conducts site improvement stakeouts, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and ALTA/ACSM surveys for residential and mixed-use developments.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with residential subdivision layout form/finals and plot plans
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, with experience in Civil3D or Carlson Software a plus
• Ability to operate periodically as a field surveyor utilizing GPS or Robotic equipment. Experience with Leica equipment is a plus.
• Licensed in the state of Colorado is preferred.

The salary for this position is $36.05-$43.27 per hour.
