Land Warehouseman/Forklift Operator - Danos, LLC

Accountable for forklift operations and warehouse inventory through documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts. Analyzes cycle count and inventory discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing documentation and transactions to assure quality and accuracy. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry. Inventory, Material Accounting, or cycle counting experience required. Warehouse Management System experience also required. Good verbal and written skills essential for communications with company employees and customers. Willingness to learn new processes, make improvement suggestions and interact with a variety of personnel. Team Player. Microsoft Suite: proficient in Excel and Word a must. Analysis of inventory data, transactions, material movement and associated issues a must.

• Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer
• Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
• Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
• Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
• Provide assistance or direction to other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers.
• Able to operate a forklift and become certified to operate at a customer facility

Education/Experience 

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years’ experience required
• Oilfield experience preferred
• Must live within a 40 mile radius to facility
