Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator / Loader Operator

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate heavy equipment at recycling centers, landfills, or transfer stations.
• Transfer, spread, cover, load, and compact waste materials.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize operations and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and heavy equipment operator certification.
• Previous experience operating heavy machinery preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety practices in heavy equipment operation.
