Landscape Architect II Land Planner - Merrick & Company

OVERVIEW:

 

 

Merrick & Company is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect with 7+ years of experience in Land Development, Planning, and Landscape Architecture for a position in our Charlotte, NC office. 

 

Typical salary range for this position is $73,000.00 - $92,000.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The position will be a part of our growing Landscape Architecture/Land Planning Team and will work on a variety of both private and public land development projects.  Recent experience in residential Land Planning is highly favored.  Project types will include residential, institutional, commercial, and recreational. This position will collaborate with other design disciplines as well as work within team settings on various project related tasks.  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in landscape architecture, land planning or related discipline from an ASLA accredited school.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Landscape Architecture/Land Planning
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without Sponsorship

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from accredited school
• Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and SketchUp is a plus
• Strong portfolio is preferred / Please include when applying
• Licensed Professional Landscape Architect (PLA)
