Landscape Architect - Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Architect position include:

• 8+ years of experience in landscape architecture (will consider candidates with a strong portfolio in site planning and planting design).
• Registered Landscape Architect (Florida license preferred or the ability to obtain one).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel (experience with Photoshop or other graphic applications is a plus).
• Knowledge of municipal planting, irrigation, and tree preservation codes.
• Manage your own projects and oversee design phases from concept to final plans.
• Create and review subdivision master plans and commercial site designs.
• Develop planting and irrigation permitting and construction documents.
• Communicate design ideas effectively through presentations, drawings, and written documents.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including excellent medical plans with 75% of premiums covered, dental and vision coverage, a 401K plan with a safe harbor match (starting January 2025), quarterly performance bonuses, and weekly pay.
