Landscape Architect - The Perillo Group

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Landscape Architect with 2-10 years of professional experience for our client's office in the Portland area. Project types include both residential and commercial, repositioning, mixed-use, and adaptive reuse.

Candidates must have the following qualifications to be considered for the position:

• 2-10 years of professional experience in the landscape architecture field
• Must demonstrate strong skills in all aspects of a project phase including schematic design, construction documentation, permitting, project management, and construction administration
• Ideal candidate must be passionate about working on a variety of projects simultaneously and care about executing drawings at a high-level
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe, and SketchUp
• Ability to work in a collaborative, studio environment

Other position qualifications include:

• Strong design and graphics skills
• Technical knowledge of landscape construction
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with various levels of individuals including clients, consultants, and architects
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under deadlines
• Strong working knowledge of plants

Bachelors' Degree from an accredited university in Landscape Architecture or Planning is required.

Candidate is preferred to be registered or on path to registration.
