WHAT YOU WILL DO
We seek a landscape architect ready to match our can-do energy and be involved in a wide range of landscape architecture work based out of our Seattle office. In this role, you will work on various projects, including civic and mixed-use, affordable housing, K-12 educational environments, parks and recreation, and community-based projects. You will participate in the design process to develop conceptual, schematic, and construction documents, keep track of project budgets, and help to ensure that projects exceed our clients’ expectations. You will be involved in the design of multiple projects at various stages of development with support and direction from senior designers.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from an accredited university and 4 years of experience
- Licensure from a US state licensing board
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with contractor submittal reviews, drafting details, site punch reviews, and submittal tracking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong visual communication with hand-drawn and computer-generated graphic skills
- Experience working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Experience with irrigation design
- Experience working in LandFX, Civil 3D, and Revit
- Familiarity with Rhino, Lumion, Grasshopper, and Sketchup
Actual pay will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Ranges are based on a 40-hour work week.
- $79,000 - $89,800 per year
- Annual discretionary performance-based bonus.
