Job Requirements:
- Hardworking / energetic / reliable.
- Be okay with working outdoors, even in inclement weather.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
- Must be able to follow instruction.
- Must be eager to learn.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Landscape Construction experience helpful (valued) but not required. We are NOT a landscape maintenance company, i.e., mowing, weeding, etc.
- Ability to use skid steers and mini excavators a big plus.
- Must be at least 18 years or older.
Compensation:
$22.00 - $27.00+ hr/ DOE + Possible Incentives
Benefits including Health Care/Dental/Vision/ free Life Insurance/401k and Paid Time Off.
$1,000 Signing Bonus: Two $250 BONUSES (after 90 days/180 days), and one $500 BONUS at 9 months of employment!
