Job Description
As a landscape project manager, you will be responsible formanaging and overseeing multiple construction projects within ourservice area. A project manager at Miracle Farms will be required to oversee all aspects of their assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring consistency and quality, while staying within budget. In this role you will need to maintain relationships with employees, clients,general contractors, and subcontractors. Communication is key. A
project manager must pay close attention to details on their jobs, especially when it comes to executing contracts, reading plans, tracking change orders, amongst many other things. The responsibilities for the project manager begin once a new job is sold and scheduled. This will typically begin by meeting with the sales rep, estimator, or designer to ensure a detailed understanding of project requirements from start to finish. An effective project manager is able to manage the client relationship from project start to finish, have a detailed understanding of the project scope, communicate job needs (materials and equipment) daily with the field operations manager, and
delegate daily objectives to the landscape field supervisors and crew foreman.

Desired characteristics, qualifications and requirements include:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in the construction or green industry (excavation, landscaping, construction, etc.), preferably as a project manager.
- An associates or bachelor’s degree in the landscape field or another closely related industry (construction management, landscape architecture, turfgrass management, etc.) would be beneficial, but is not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and industry related scheduling and CRM software
- Must be detail oriented on all jobs to ensure that they are staying on schedule and within budget.
- Have the ability to explain and relay the key components of a project to all who are involved (direct employees, subs, GC’s, clients, architects, etc.)
- Be familiar with general construction site safety and prioritize this on every jobsite, including reporting and documenting any jobsite related injuries.
- Experience reading plans and laying out jobs in the field according to plan measurements. Be comfortable using a transit or laser level.
- Experience operating heavy equipment and ensuring that it is being used properly and safely, as well as being maintained.
- Have the ability to lead teams and train personnel that work under them.

- Hold a valid US driver’s license
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
