Landscape Installation Project Manager
BraveView has been engaged by a Commercial Landscape company in the Tampa, FL market to recruit and hire a Project Manager to join their growing landscape construction team.
Reporting to the GM of Construction, the Project Manager will coordinate with multiple Superintendents,
crews, and project operations personnel to plan and complete landscape installation jobs ranging from $50K to $1M+.

This position will have the opportunity to shape the processes of the growth-oriented culture via process development, employee training, and job planning through daily dashboards and client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Leading the day-to-day execution of landscape installation projects with Superintendents to include: scheduling of materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination; change order administration and management; document control; RFI’s, etc.
- Managing RFI’s, Change Orders, Submittals, 811 Calls, Identify Qualified Vendors, Manage Plan Grid,
- Involved with managing the COR process by assisting with scope review, pricing, contract evaluation, etc.
- Ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to project timeline and budget through cost management, revenue optimization, and accurate and timely billing.
- Establish Budgets and conduct monthly reporting duties.
- Manage permitting and general document management.
- Manage Punch list and Closeout to make sure the client is satisfied and the company complied fully with contractual obligations.
- Communicating effectively and proactively with both internal team members and external contacts.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and property managers, etc. Constant communication with clients as the main point of contact.
- Will be a positive, trustworthy first-line representative of the company to our clients.
- Ensuring product and service standards through strict quality control by conducting thorough reviews and inspections of completed work.
- Operating with high professional and ethical standards with an emphasis on compliance and safety.
- Assisting in technology implementation to improve processes and enhance data reporting.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Horticulture, or related field is preferred
- Experience with the paperwork required for construction projects as a project leader/manager, project engineer, project coordinator, or superintendent.
- Strong organizational skills that allow you to be efficient and structured with a commitment to accuracy, deadlines, and performance
- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office technologies and tools
- Spanish language proficiency a plus but not required
