Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the Plant Health Care program, ensuring optimal plant health and aesthetic quality for high-end properties.
• Lead, mentor, and manage field technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Monitor field operations to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
• Maintain open communication with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance management, with a strong background in Plant Health Care.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering first-class service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, plant identification, pest management, and soil health.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
