Landscape Site Lead (Greensburg, IN) at The Planet Group

Job Summary: 
Landscape Site Lead reports to Account Manager and is the custodian of the building’s exterior landscaped and non-landscaped areas.  Examples include:

• Maintain lawn and bush hog areas throughout site.
• Supervise a crew of 5-6 associates in lawn maintenance
• Repairing fences and gates
• Storm water management
• Landscape/Snow removal and contractor supervision
• General landscape duties
• Assist in vehicle and equipment maintenance

The role requires effective communication with client, supervisors, and team members

Duties & Responsibilities: 
Managing landscaping task throughout the year/ working supervisor
Manage snow removal task, associates and subcontractors
Storm Water Management
Assist in vehicle and equipment maintenance
Trash removal and exterior furniture/fence repairs
Effectively manage time sheets, billing, proposals, and other office supervisory duties 

Qualifications: 
HSD or GED
Three (3) or more year’s related experience is preferred.
Must possess applicable certifications, licenses and a valid driver's license.
