We offer full time, year-round work and competitive wages with some overtime, annual performance reviews, service bonuses, and extensive benefits such as numerous paid holidays, vacation, medical/dental insurance, 401K.
Our shop is located in St. John, and our work hours are regularly Monday through Friday, 8 -9 hours per day, with very few weekends (allowing team members to spend time with their families, work on side jobs, etc..),
Personally, I have worked in the Saint Louis area landscape industry for about 40 years, and I know this is a good employment opportunity with a stable and growing company.

Also, unlike many commercial landscape contractors, we work year-round, so we do not require our team members to work 60+ hours/week in summer and then have no work available in winter (unless it snows).
In addition, since we complete a wide variety of seasonally appropriate tasks, it is my opinion that this helps keep the team members from being bored by doing the same thing over and over.
