We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager with expertise in landscape construction to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a Project Manager at Real Winter, LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing landscape construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, design teams, and construction crews to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in landscape construction will be crucial in coordinating all aspects of the projects, from planning and procurement to execution and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise project teams, including construction staff, subcontractors, and vendors. Provide guidance, support, and direction to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Provide regular updates on project progress, address client concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Procurement and Scheduling: Oversee procurement of materials and equipment. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of materials and timely completion of work.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks and issues early, and develop and implement solutions to mitigate impacts on project timelines and outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports. Ensure all documentation is completed and filed in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the landscape construction industry. Proven track record of successfully managing complex landscape projects.
- Skills: Strong understanding of landscape construction processes, techniques, and best practices. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is preferred. Relevant industry certifications and licenses are a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
