- Currently hiring for Part-Time Day & Evening Shift position - MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS: Part-Time Day Shifts (7AM-3PM) & Evening Shifts (3PM-11PM) - 2-3 days/week to start and grow from there - must be able to work weekends and Holidays and have transportation to and from work!
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility and equipment at all times
- Process Wash-Dry-Fold orders and fold clothes
- Assist customers with operating machines and value center kiosks
- Help self-serve customers and perform basic troubleshooting
- Process drop-off laundry orders in a timely manner
- Notify management of machine malfunctions and supply needs
- Promote a safe environment and report safety concerns
- Night Shift primarily a janitorial/cleaning position (mopping floors/cleaning bathrooms/polishing washers and dryers/etc)
Qualifications:
- Functional reading, writing, and basic computer skills
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for long periods of time (this is not a desk job)
- Effective communication with customers
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
