Summer Associate
Cordell & Cordell's summer associate program is designed to give you the experience of practicing family law and domestic litigation. You will work with experienced attorneys and firm partners as they work to get the best outcomes for our clients.

Job Highlight
The Summer Associate will give you the experience of a first-year associate. You will gain exposure to a wide breath of family law matters. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop professional relationships through our networking and social events.
Job Description:
- Drafting and analyzing legal documents.
- Communicating with clients.
- Attending court with experienced family law attorneys.
- Assisting in trial preparation.
- Conducting legal research.
- Working closely with assigned Litigation or Practice Manager to ensure continued quality and growth.
- Meet weekly with a Litigation Partner to develop a base knowledge on how to work on a family law case.
Qualification Requirements:
- Current 2L student at an accredited law school.
- Demonstrated interested in practicing family law upon graduating.
- The ability to relocate is strongly preferred.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
