Trumbull, CT law firm seeks a full-time, professional receptionist with law firm experience.

Front desk management: Greeting clients and visitors, and managing the reception area

Communication: Answering and redirecting phone calls, and taking messages for attorneys and staff

Mail and document management: Sorting and distributing mail, and organizing client files

Scheduling: Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings

Administrative tasks: Ordering office supplies, processing legal paperwork, and preparing outgoing mail, email

Ordering meals for attorneys and clients

Training new hires on reception desk

Outlook Calendaring

Copying & Scanning

Mail Distribution

Tidy up conference rooms each evening

Assist with hearing binders when needed

Enter attorney time entry as needed

Assist with firm functions

Must comprehend professional office etiquette.

Must be able to follow directions.

Must be able to multi-task and manage time efficiently.

Must be professional in appearance and attire.

Must have 3 years of receptionist experience. Law firm background preferred.
