About the Job
Prominent mid-size law firm is seeking a Legal Records Clerk to join their Century City office. The ideal Legal Records Clerk candidate will have experience managing electronic and hard copy case files, a collaborative and team-oriented approach to their work, and at least 1 year of experience within a law firm.
The Legal Records Clerk will be a part of a team responsible for sorting and scanning documents to specific folders, setting up new files, sorting and classifying files, working directly with attorneys and paralegals on special projects and providing overflow/backup coverage for office services and reception.
The position requires strong technical skills and ability to learn new programs and processes quickly, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, and a flexible attitude to pivot as things change throughout the day.

Compensation range of $50k - $55k annually, depending on experience.
