With base salary plus performance-based compensation, this position has total On Target Earnings of $100k annually-a rockstar in this role can achieve $110k+.
To thrive in this role, we need someone who:
- Truly understands how overwhelming it can be to consider getting older, losing capabilities, and losing control of your life.
- Listens with humility, respects and values others, and who is not afraid to broach difficult conversations or ask the hard questions in order to help prospective clients and clients make the right decision for themselves and their loved ones.
- Gets that estate planning is not a transaction and is not just "forms" or "documents," but rather, is a dynamic process that evolves over time which requires building caring relationships with the people we serve.
We're here to empower and guide our clients through a maze of largely unknown possibilities to protect them and the people they love using high-quality estate planning, elder law planning, and asset preservation. It is important to us that our clients feel they have a team behind them who really cares, listens, empowers them and enjoys helping them.
This role does not involve giving legal advice, so legal experience is not required. Real-life experience, particularly with overcoming a major obstacle in life, making an important change in your life, or other "hard-earned life lessons" is a plus in terms of demonstrating your ability to relate to and helping them to get over the "hurdle of indecision" so they can plan for a secure future.
We are looking for a team player with the drive, empathy, creativity, and organization to help us expand our business. The person we hire must bring a high level of energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude to work every day. We are BIG believers in the value of a team. If you prefer to be a "lone wolf," this job is not for you.
We believe in compassionate, consultative selling where we help our prospective new clients make sense of their situation, weigh their options, and make important and often difficult decisions. We use the sales consultation meeting as the beginning of a long-term relationship with our prospective new clients. If you are interested in a career (we really think of it as more of a "calling") that offers six-figure income opportunities, competitive benefits, loads of training and professional development to stay sharp, total transparency (another way of saying there's nowhere to "hide"), and fuel for your soul because we're really and truly helping people, THEN PLEASE APPLY.

- Competitive base salary with performance-based compensation for total On Target Earnings of $100k annually-a rockstar in this role can achieve $110k+.
- Comprehensive benefits package includes paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance, retirement plan contributions, vision insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance, and life insurance.
- This is a full-time hybrid position with your in-office schedule being based on client demand for in-person meetings, and department coverage needs. The typical schedule for this role is 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for client workshop presentations.
Responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients in an in-depth conversation about their goals and values and how our legal services can help them
