We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lawn Care Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas. This role involves various tasks, including mowing, trimming, and pest control, ensuring that clients' outdoor spaces are well-kept and aesthetically pleasing.

This role involves various tasks, including mowing, trimming, and pest control, ensuring that clients' outdoor spaces are well-kept and aesthetically pleasing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns using appropriate equipment.
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as needed.
- Perform regular maintenance on lawn care equipment.
- Rake leaves, remove debris, and maintain clean outdoor spaces.
- Assist in planting, watering, and caring for trees, shrubs, and flower beds.
- Monitor the health of plants and lawns, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
- Communicate with clients to understand their lawn care needs and provide recommendations.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:

- MUST HAVE A VALID AND CURRENT DRIVERS LICENSE. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.
- Knowledge of various types of plants, turf management, and pest control methods.
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Working Conditions:
