We are hiringimmediatelyfor afull-timeLeadA&P(Airframe & Powerplant) mechanicor AMT(Aircraft Maintenance Technician). This role is critical to our mission, so we are offering up to a$15,000 SignOnBonus.
What you will be doing as an A & P MechanicLead:
You can expect to handle complex repairs on components and systemsof variousaircraft, specialize in a specific area, and manage the work of your crew.Your responsibilities may include(but are not limited to):
- Diagnostic and Mechanical Duties:Perform diagnostic and mechanical tasks on variousaircraftmodels, including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, repair,reassembly,and adjustment of variousaircraftsystems to prepare them for flight.
- Aircraft Systems Maintenance: Check, correct, or replace complexaircraftassemblies and systems, including landing gear, air conditioning, pressurization systems, turbochargers, and optional equipment installations.
- Engine and Component Repairs: Repair or replace engine components and accessories such as carburetors, fuel control units, fuel injection systems, air bleed systems, oil and fuel pumps, starter/generators, and hydraulic and vacuum pumps.
- Modification: Perform modification work onaircraftsystems and structures, including minor upholstery and touch-up paint work.
- Documentation and Reporting:Maintainaccuratewritten reports in logs and inspection documents. Mayobservemechanical systems during flight for troubleshooting.
- Supervision and Training:Guide and instruct technicians, providing job-related training as needed.
What you need to be successful:
- High school education or GEDrequired
- A&P LicenseRequired
- Knowledge of 100-hour, annual, and progressive inspection procedures as per FAR 43 isrequired.
- A minimum of5years experiencewith diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification,aircraft/flight maintenance.A minimum of 2-3 years A&P mechanic experience on Textron Aviationaircraftisrequired.

EDUCATION:
· High school education or equivalent required
· A&P License is required
· Requires use of arithmetic, blueprints, and specifications plus knowledge of jet and piston airframe and engine principles. Must have knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems.
EXPERIENCE:
· Requires a minimum of 3 years of diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification, 100 hour and annual service experience as an A&P Mechanic. Preferred 10 years of experience.
· Preferred experience in a customer service facility performing inspections and repair of aircraft.
