Job Description: STS Technical Services is seeking a Lead A&P Mechanic to inspect, modify, and repair aircraft at our maintenance base. This role involves troubleshooting technical discrepancies and executing repairs on company aircraft while leading and guiding mechanics on advanced tasks.

Responsibilities:

Inspect and repair aircraft systems and components.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Lead and mentor junior mechanics.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Valid A&P license.

5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment.
