Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Lead Analyst, Global Transparency Reporting, North America (NA) located in Titusville, NJ, or any of our offices in PA, MA, or FL.
The Lead Analyst, US Transparency, is a core member of the Health Care Compliance Global Operations North America Transparency Reporting team, reporting directly to the Sr Manager, Global Transparency Reporting NA.
The Lead Analyst is responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and implementing systems and technical solutions across the enterprise to improve data quality and ensure accurate data collection for Open Payments reporting.
- Identifying and leveraging key intelligent automation capabilities to improve processes.
- Leading projects to support, improve or resolve complex reporting/system/process issues.
- Leading and coordinating testing of changes to the systems and processes before final implementation and ensuring the overall quality and consistency of the reporting functionalities.
- Responsible for conducting the reviews of various data sets to identify efficient ways to streamline the review of the data.
- Conduct detailed analysis of the data set to identify trends and outliers requiring further review.
- Partner closely with technology teams supporting these data sets to focus on implementing enhancements to improve data capture and new reporting capabilities.
- Partner with HCC, Finance, Legal and other business partners to proactively respond to new legislation and make recommendations on how best to implement reporting requirements. Participate in industry updates to maintain awareness of reporting environment.
- Develop and maintain consistent/standard work instructions.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience is required, preferably in pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries
• Minimum of 2 years of experience and demonstrated leadership in HCC or related compliance function (regulatory, quality, finance, etc.) required
• Process excellence training/certification preferred (Six Sigma, Green Belt)
• Experience designing and/or implementing new systems and tools preferred
• Experience in Open Payments Reporting/State Reporting preferred
• Experience collaborating with internal legal partners is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to apply HCC/fraud and abuse laws, financial practices, and company business and policies is preferred
• Ability to seek out and identify multiple, varied sources of data, to consolidate into meaningful quantitative analysis or reports is required
• Demonstrated experience working with database and reporting tools required (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik, and Totality system knowledge preferred)
• Knowledge and experience in the application of web-based reporting tools, website maintenance and/or knowledge of SharePoint is preferred
• Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills is required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions)
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills is required
• Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Must possess the ability to prioritize competing priorities and implement system or process enhancements
• This role may require up to 5% travel
In accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000-$144,900. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
