About the Job
The Lead Analyst will play a central role in helping Maximus execute corporate strategic objectives focused on achieving operational and customer experience excellence. The Lead Analyst will contribute to further defining direction, the Maximus' future, and evolution through innovation and growth by identifying opportunities to standardize and modernize business processes across a key market segment.
The Lead Analyst will interact with leaders across the organization to understand current state business processes and operating conditions; design of the future-state, "Maximus way," for performing those processes that leverage best practices and emerging technology; and create and execute a roadmap to deliver them.
The Lead Analyst will possess a solid mix of several key skills including process documentation, analysis and improvement, project management, data analysis, work group facilitation, and customer service.
Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop the right approach and solution.
- Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements for implementation projects across all capabilities.
- Develop user stories and to-be process flows for complex and/or multi-capability solutions to support the design and development of solutions for clients.
- Contribute to interactions with both internal teams and external government clients.
- Contribute to solutioning initiatives such as design thinking, scouting, RFP responses, etc.
- Interpret requirements to identify value creation opportunities for customers.
- Maintain good knowledge and understanding of digital applications and capabilities workflows.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
