Lead Analyst, Quality - IT Applications (Remote)

Job Description
TPI Composites is looking for a Lead Functional Consultant supporting the Quality business function, accountable for the delivery of our growing portfolio of application systems and to provide expertise in project management, gathering requirements, design, configuration, testing and support of strategic projects, enhancements, integrations and relevant production support. The individual should be an exceptional talent with in-depth expertise and will provide expert level guidance to the leadership, functional and technical teams in developing and maintaining a business/IT roadmap that supports the Company's strategic plan and long-term goals through the deployment and enhancement of Quality business applications while aligning critical business processes to global standards.
As the Solution Implementation Specialist for Quality Assurance and Control Systems, you will lead the implementation of a comprehensive solution to address the identified quality issues in during the production processes and beyond. Leveraging your expertise in quality management systems and process improvement, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and optimize the solution to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Leading expert member of a team of global IT analysts, subject matter experts, and technical resources in the design, development, and validation of enterprise application solutions to address the identified quality issues,
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs, requirements, and constraints.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Oversee the execution of the implementation plan, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams throughout the implementation process, including training, troubleshooting, and escalation management.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented solution and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of quality assurance and control systems.
• Advocate and utilize the application system development lifecycle (SDLC) – including application support, enhancement, and deployment activities.
• Proactively analyze business processes; elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility and make recommendations typically seeking to exploit and leverage new or existing IT technology components.
• Develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization to influence how applications can enable new sources of value.
• Champion change and innovation. Stimulate creativity, innovation and open to new ideas
• Ensure all required controls are in place and monitor for compliance.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in implementing quality management systems and process improvement initiatives, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in quality assurance and control methodologies, including ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs/projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate information security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Proven track record and experience in supporting the adoption of global processes and systems.
• Excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives.
