Lead Application Engineer - JavaScript

What You Will Do
- Develop applications with ReactJS using class-based and functional components.
- Write clean and testable JavaScript code, constructing valuable unit tests, and implement code quality standards and practices
- Provide coaching, training, and direct project support to teams and individual engineers
- 5+ years of professional development experience in JavaScript.
- 3+ years of professional development experience in ReactJS.
- Experience with Redux, Context, or similar for state management
- Working knowledge of Express or a similar server.
- Working knowledge of Jest, Enzyme or React-Testing-Library
- Experience with Github or Gitlab for source code management
- Experience in coaching and mentoring software engineers
- Excellent communication skills
- Verifiable experience coaching, training and directly supporting code quality, unit testing, and related "shift left " software engineering disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field
