Job Description:
- • Develop test strategy/plan, collaborate with project stakeholder to define entrance / exit criteria
- • Act as a technical test lead, collaborate with development BSA team to documents test scenarios/cases
- • Coordinate test activities with offshore test team, review scripts and provide feedback
- • Provide technical guidance to offshore team in setting up test automation framework
- • Develop test scripts (SQL queries) to perform data quality / validation check
- • Develop automation framework for continuous integration using Selenium – Python or Java
- • Develop and maintain test automation scripts
- • Conduct test plan / results walkthrough sessions with project stakeholders
- • Identify testing risk/issues, prioritize, assign and follow-up for closure
- • Publish test status dashboard/report
- • Participate in defect triage meetings with development and analyst team
- • Perform technical data analysis, review STTM documents to develop test scenarios/scripts
- • Be open to learn new technologies (navigate Hadoop and SAP applications; write SQL scripts in SAP HANA or Hadoop database)
- • Generate test data for Functional and System Integration testing
- Min. of 8-10 of experience in Data Warehousing / ETL (Informatica) testing
- • Min. of 6–8 years of experience as a 'Technical Test Lead'
- • Min. of 6–8 years of experience in developing test automation scripts
- • Min. of 6-8 years of experience in implementing Test Management Framework
- • Experience in writing complex SQL queries (PL/SQL experience desired)
- • Experienced in back-end data validation and data migration techniques
- • Prior hands-on experience in Selenium (Python or Java) - Mandatory
- • Experienced in data validation and data migration techniques
- • Experience in Test management tools (CA-Rally or Client ALM)
