About the Job
- Lead BSA/Product Owner will work closely with EM to ensure delivery of sprint and PI objectives and quality of deliverables
- Work closely within POD and other pod BAs to ensure consistency across the program and address ongoing concerns
- Help drive program initiatives - ensure priorities and backlog is aligned
- Responsible for grooming, refinement, and demo sessions along with POD BSAs
- Maintain a clean back - Prioritized, aligned appropriately with the program releases, ensure all fields are filled out for reporting and tracking; Dependencies linked appropriately and tracked; Ready states are accurate
- Internal and External stakeholder management along with pod business Pos
- Collaborating on cross POD dependencies
- Change management, re-prioritization & test support, prod support
- Understanding of SNOW and updating user tickets
- Execution of Scrum and SAFe ceremonies - Scrum master and Product Owner responsibilities
Requirements:
- Experience as a Lead BSA/Product Owner
- General understanding of microservices, cloud, integrated apps
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
