Lead Business Analyst- Workday
Working under the supervision of the Business Relationship Manager/Application Owner:
HR Renew Program.
Understanding the current business processes and systems used.
Collaborating with business and digital stakeholders to document detailed business requirements as assigned for the HR Renew Program.
Collaborating with developers
Obtaining approval of business requirements from business process owners.
Data Mapping for integrations
Analyze data sources, entities, and relationships to document data requirements and formal system specifications.
Defining test scenarios
Conduct and document Functional and System Integration testing
Training the business on new or changes to applications
Be a self-starter with solid interpersonal skills - projecting a very positive customer-service-oriented attitude.
Great communication and collaboration skills
Adhere to the processes and policies defined by Cabot
