We're a growing team based in Pardeeville, Wisconsin, and we’re looking for a Lead Carpenter who’s passionate about leading, building, and making a difference.

What You’ll Do as a Lead Carpenter:
- Lead a Crew: Oversee and mentor a small team of carpenters on diverse projects, from residential construction to custom deck builds.
- Craft and Build: Work hands-on, constructing everything from frameworks and walls to doors and custom cabinetry.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that every project meets high-quality standards and complies with building codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with Trades: Work with other skilled trades, including electricians and plumbers, to complete projects efficiently.
- Stay Organized: Keep the job site safe, clean, and organized, creating a productive and respectful workspace.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or similar role, with strong knowledge of carpentry tools, techniques, and construction principles.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and drawings.
- Physical stamina to lift and handle heavy materials.
- Detail-oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills.
