As a Lead Carpenter, you will take charge of various construction projects, ensuring quality and precision in every task. This role requires a blend of technical carpentry skills, leadership abilities, and customer interaction to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality completion.
- Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including rough framing, trim out, and detailed restoration work.
- Ensure all projects meet high standards of quality and are restored to their original condition.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Supervise and guide other carpenters, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Perform inspections and quality checks to ensure all work complies with company standards and building codes.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed within allocated resources.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of carpentry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in various carpentry tasks from rough framing to trim work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Honest and hardworking with a clean background.
- Valid driver's license required.
