As a Lead Carpenter, you will take charge of various construction projects, ensuring quality and precision in every task. This role requires a blend of technical carpentry skills, leadership abilities, and customer interaction to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including rough framing, trim out, and detailed restoration work.
• Ensure all projects meet high standards of quality and are restored to their original condition.
• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Supervise and guide other carpenters, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Perform inspections and quality checks to ensure all work complies with company standards and building codes.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed within allocated resources.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of carpentry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in various carpentry tasks from rough framing to trim work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Honest and hardworking with a clean background.
• Valid driver's license required.
