Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Lead Carpenter position include:

• 5+ years carpentry experience in residential projects
• Proficiency in a wide range of carpentry tasks from framing to finish
• Must have own hand tools and reliable transportation
• Responsible for managing and completing various carpentry projects with attention to detail and precision
• Leading and guiding less experienced team members in the field
• Ensuring quality control on all projects while maintaining job site safety
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines

Salary: $27.00 - $37.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
