About the Job
The Central Customer Service Lead is responsible to proactively contact customers to schedule disposal business, service all related matters, and mentor less experienced central customer service personnel, as well as ensuring that departmental objectives are met, and ensuring all business transactions, managed within the department, are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures, working from daily directions from management
