We are looking for a driven and energetic Lead Chiropractor to join our dynamic team in Lake Oswego, Oregon! As a Lead Chiropractor here, you will be a key player in providing top-notch chiropractic care to patients and helping us achieve our mission of improving lives and communities through chiropractic.
We are a fairly new, yet, booming office with patients that want to know more about chiropractic, and their own health and wellness. >>Experience in acute pain management and trigger point therapy
>>Effective communication skills with the ability to educate patients to start treatment plans

Candidates must have some experience in completive team sports, people services and people management. Candidate must be willing to work with high volume clinic 60-100 patients per days. Candidate must be very strong in persuasive/educational communication skills. Highly motivated with grow mindset. Have experience financial responsibility.

Compensation:
- $95,000 - $120,000 annum
- Bonuses

- Following 90 days performance review - bonus structure based on monthly stats.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive chiropractic evaluations and treatments to patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic and healthy lifestyle choices
- Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional patient care
Requirements:
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree
- Active chiropractic license in Oregon (or willingness to attain one)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping others and a commitment to improving lives through chiropractic
