In this role, you'll enjoy a consistent work schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Employees report to a central location before heading out to various job sites and service areas, ensuring a structured yet flexible workday. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR LEAD COMMERCIAL HVAC TECHNICIAN

As a Lead Commercial HVAC Technician, your day will begin at our central location, where you will gather with your team before heading out to various commercial job sites. You will dive into commercial maintenance tasks, diagnose issues, and perform repairs and installations on HVAC units ranging from 0-20 tons. You will conduct thorough inspections and testing of systems, identifying and resolving any performance or operational issues. Your ability to collaborate effectively with your teammates will help foster a supportive environment as you share knowledge and provide assistance. You will promptly address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring that strong relationships with clients remain a priority.

Here's what we need from you:

• Valid EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification
• Understanding of HVAC systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control components
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work with systems such as VRV, VRF, BARD, Commercial Carrier, and Pelican

Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on excellent customer service are ideal! The ability to work independently and proficiency with computers and relevant software are also a plus.
