Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to review and provide constructive feedback on creative assets.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong creative and visual skills with the ability to produce clean, dynamic, and engaging designs.
Keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality visual content.
Good understanding of branding principles and the ability to apply them across a range of media.
Understanding of content strategy and marketing principles to effectively contribute to campaign goals.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with other team members and departments.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with project managers and senior leadership.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in using project management software such as monday.com to streamline processes and enhance team coordination.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve content effectiveness and brand reach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Work with excellence and attention to detail with little oversight.
Must be trustworthy to uphold the ministry vision and execute plans as directed.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Must be able to effectively operate a Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office Suite
Requirements:
Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Must sign Statement of Faith.
A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, is preferred.
Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
Must pass all required checks
Experience:
At least 2 years of professional design experience, preferably in a media, educational, or entertainment environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work, including digital, print, and multimedia projects.
Experience with digital content creation, including web design and social media graphics, is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to oversee project management platforms and assign tasks efficiently.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
