About the Job
- Position Summary (Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm)
- Serves as point person in bakeshop, kitchen or cafe areas, and oversees daily operations. Prepares breads, pastries, entrees, which may be used in multi campus system. Working with chef and/or chef manager participates in menu development. Assures sanitation and HACCP guidelines are followed and supervises the work of cooks and food service associates.
- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: N/A
- License/Certifications: Serve Safe certified.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience.
