This career step requires senior level experience. Responsible for analyzing data in response to new business requests, performing maintenance and changes on interfaces, and identifying and resolving data discrepancies across multiple business applications.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Works directly with the client user community and business analysts to define and document data requirements for data integration and business intelligence applications. Determines and documents data mapping rules for movement of medium to high complexity data between applications.
- Adheres to and promotes the use of data administration standards. Supports data selection, extraction, and cleansing for corporate applications, including data warehouse and data marts. Creates and sustains processes, tools, and on-going support structures and processes.
- Extracts and analyzes data from specific applications, systems and/or databases to create reports and provide recommendations based on the analysis of the data. Investigates and resolves data issues across platforms and applications, including discrepancies of definition, format and function. Creates and populates meta-data into repositories. May create data models, including robust data definitions, which may be entity- relationship-attribute models, star, or dimensional models. May also create data flow diagrams and process models and integrates models across functional areas and platforms.
- Works closely with DBAs to transition logical models to physical implementation. May be responsible for employing data mining techniques to achieve data synchronization, redundancy elimination, source identification, data reconciliation, and problem root cause analysis. May also be responsible for quality control and auditing of databases, resolving data problems, and analyzing system changes for quality assurance.
1. Manage all aspects of marketing analytics projects, from initial stakeholder alignment, business case development, data collection, model development and validation, insights extraction, visualization.
2. presentations to stakeholders, and forward looking media planning.
3. Supervise internal data and modeling teams, media agency partners, external consultants and modeling partners.
4. Synthesize learnings from large datasets and advanced statistical models, develop applications, and deploy to non-technical stakeholders throughout the organization
5. Develop reports and key insights for advertising campaigns
Identify media and non-media drivers of KPI (sales, churn, brand) change
6. Be at the forefront of marketing analytics innovation, working with platforms, publishers, agencies, consultancies, and academia to develop and deploy best in class solutions
Job Contribution:
Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT technologies.
Education:
Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or Sciences; Data Analytics nanodegree; or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Typically requires 5-8 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.
- 5+ years experience as a product/e-commerce data analyst is required.
- e-Ecommerce acquisitions & digital product management experience is required.
- Experience with Quantum Metric is required.
- Experience with Tableau & PowerBI s required.
- Experience with snowflake is required - Must have SQL Knowledge and able to navigate snowflake.
- Experience with R/Python is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics Workspace and Workspace is required. Data Warehouse is a plus.
- Debugging experience leveraging Fiddler/Charles/Omnibug or equivalent is required.
- Implementation experience (e.g. designing datalayer) is a plus.
- Knowledge of hosted service providers such as AWS, MS Azure is a plus.
- Excellent written/verbal communication/presentation skills.

Our Lead Data Analysis, earns between $118,800.00-$178,200.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
