Your Role as a Lead Dentist at Affinity:
As a Lead Dentist, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of patient care at Affinity. You will:

• Oversee the clinical performance of the practice while maintaining a strong patient focus
• Conduct comprehensive exams, develop personalized treatment plans, and educate patients on oral health
• Lead a team of dental professionals, mentoring and guiding their growth
• Collaborate with a network of specialists to provide comprehensive care
• Be a key decision-maker in patient care protocols and practice development

We're Looking For:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
• 5+ year of experience in dental practice, with leadership or management experience preferred
• Valid NY state dentistry license
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Strong clinical skills paired with a passion for leadership and patient care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
