Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of your projects and their success
- Lead a team of developers to achieve outstanding results
- Design and implement technical solutions
- Actively contribute as a hands-on developer
- Launch new projects and maintain existing ones
- Work within Magnolia CMS and other content management systems
- Communicate proactively with clients and your team
- Mentor and learn from fellow team members
- Ensure Crescendo remains a proactive, innovative, and trusted partner
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- 4+ years of hands-on development experience
- Proven experience leading development teams and projects
- Successful track record in leading marketing-related projects
- Clear and effective communication with clients, sales teams, designers, and developers
- Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical team members
- Passion for modern web technologies
- Leadership skills in both people management and technical decision-making
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Ability to guide peers and clients to successful outcomes
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Git and branching workflows
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript and associated tools
- Knowledge of PostCSS, SASS, and CSS frameworks
- Experience with TailwindCSS, React, Angular, or minimal/no frameworks
- Ability to create architecture diagrams
- Familiarity with Spring/Boot
- High-level understanding of modern web infrastructure
