Role: Lead eCommerce Business Analyst
Location: Burlington, NJ 08016
Position Type: Contract with possibility of extension and potential of conversion to full time.
Rate: $45-48/ hour on W2 only - DOE

The technical environment includes JIRA/Confluence and Service Now tools to manage tasks and workload. The eCommerce system structure is built with .NET and a SQL Server database and the legacy systems are built with Java with Oracle databases.

Responsibilities
- Work as a liaison between the technical and business teams on full life cycle website development for projects.
- Elicit business and technical requirements
- Produce various types of documentation such as Business Requirements Documents, User Stories, Business Process Flows, Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, etc.
- Contribute to making the quality of business and technical requirements and associated documentation even better
- Work in a lead capacity and assist with driving projects and monitoring their progress
- Mentor and teach junior Client on skills, processes, etc.
- Work along with Software Development team and interface with other IT Teams, Business Teams, Vendors and Leadership.
Required Technical Skills/Experience - 10 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience as a Lead Business Analyst with knowledge of project management/coordination to help keep projects progressing as they should
- Subject matter expert in eliciting requirements including the ability to discern which requirements are viable
- Excellent documentation skills with experience producing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Process Flows, Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, etc.
- Solid and recent experience working on and upgrade projects
- Experience working on projects utilizing the full Software Development Lifecycle
Required Soft Skills - Dynamic self-starter who is able to ramp up quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to create a sense of urgency and drive projects within a fast-paced environment
- Self-sufficient and resourceful - willing and able to try to find answers/solve issues on your own before escalating the matter
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams/individuals within multiple levels of an organization
