Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to understand project specifications and objectives.
- Provide recommendations and insights based on your technical expertise to optimize project planning and execution.
- Building Accurate Quotes:
- Utilize your knowledge and experience to estimate material and labor requirements for electrical projects.
- Consider factors such as project complexity, timelines, and regulatory compliance to provide accurate and competitive quotes.
- Collaborate with procurement and estimating teams to ensure the availability and cost-effectiveness of materials.
- Team Leadership and Supervision:
- Lead a team of electricians, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, growth, and professional development.
- Quality Control and Safety Compliance:
- Maintain a strong focus on quality control, ensuring that all work adheres to industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Valid electrical license/certification (REQUIREMENT)
- Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) as an electrician, with a proven track record of successfully leading electrical projects.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to assess project requirements accurately.
