Lead Engineer - Harrison Consulting Solutions

Midwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Lead Engineer to their team in West Palm Beach!

Responsibilities:

• Manage large complex projects
  
• Manage office performance including client satisfaction, project schedule, project budget, billings, and QA/QC
  
• Evaluate staff performance and provide advice/expertise
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  
• Provide knowledge transfer/training opportunities
  
• Assist with staffing needs, utilization, hiring and training
  
• Lead business development efforts
  
• Build/maintain client relationships
  
• Prepare proposals and participate in project interviews
  
• Provide QA/QC of engineering projects
  

Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
  
• 10+ years of design and project management experience for stormwater, transportation, utility, and/or general civil projects
  
• PE License or ability to obtain reciprocity
  
• Experience writing reports, business correspondence, and proposals
  
• Experience making presentations and responding to questions from managers, clients, customers, and general public
