Lead Estimator - Gpac

A highly-respected General Contractor in the area with a backlog of projects is seeking a Lead Estimator to join their growing team. This commercial construction company is looking for a Lead Estimator with excellent people skills and proven work history with commercial construction projects. Being a team player as well as being able to work autonomously is a must!

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs
• Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
• Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
• Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
• Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously

Estimator Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects
• B.S. in Construction Management or a related degree is Strongly Preferred
• Effective communication, attention to detail, ability to analyze and organize data in a timely manner
