About the Job
As a Lead Fire Alarm Field Service Technician (Roanoke Service Area) here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to customers. Your expertise in fire alarm systems will contribute to the safety and security of buildings and occupants.
In this role, you will impact the safety and security of buildings by:
+ Installing and configuring fire alarm systems according to specifications
+ Conducting routine inspections and testing of fire alarm systems
+ Troubleshooting and resolving issues with fire alarm systems
+ Providing technical support and guidance to customers
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Install and configure fire alarm systems
+ Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire alarm systems
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues with fire alarm systems
+ Provide technical support and guidance to customers
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
YOU MUST HAVE:
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing and maintaining fire alarm systems
+ Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems
+ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills

+ Fire Alarm Systems Technician certification
+ Experience with Honeywell fire alarm systems
+ Knowledge of local fire codes and regulations
+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
