Job Summary:
The Front Desk Lead provides guidance and leadership to the Front Desk Team and is responsible for maintaining and enforcing Brand Standards of Guest Service and procedures to ensure a professional and genuine guest experience during check-in and check-out. The Front Desk Lead will possess outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and presentation skills in order to assist agents, offer guidance, and resolve guest issues and complaints. This position must have excellent problem solving skills and be able to apply good judgment in decision making. Good communication skills are required.

+ Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.76 / hour
+ Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
+ Skill Level: Lead
Job Responsibilities:
+ Ability to self-manage assigned tasks.
+ Ability to handle all guest issues quickly and accurately.
+ Be the expert on guest billing issues and able to resolve any non-zero balances quickly.
+ Applicant must be able to valet guest vehicles and provide luggage assistance.
+ Facilitate guest check-in and check-out and provide general information.
+ Professional appearance, excellent guest service skills, ability to multitask, and strong verbal communication skills are required.
+ Candidates with prior guest service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
+ Potential for long term professional development.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent - College Degree - preferred
+ Valid driver's license - required
+ Prior front desk experience - required
+ LMS knowledge - preferred
+ Prior lead/supervisory experience - preferred
The expected pay range is $22.00 - $23.76. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
